Target gene experiment description: | we employed CRISPR-Cas9-mediated genome engineering to delete individual hub or non-hub enhancers with paired sgRNAs flanking the enhancer elements at the MYO1D SE.We observed that 3 of the 5 genes within the SE-containing TAD domain MYO1D,TMEM98 and SPACA3)displayed significant downregulation in mRNA expression, whereas the other two genes (PSMD11 and CDK5R1) remained unaffected , suggesting that the MYO1D SE may regulate only a subset of genes within the same TAD domain. |
