The subtype prognosis model is a Cox proportional hazard model that combines proteomic subtypes with pTNM stage to accurately predict the risk of EC patients. Compared with the pTNM staging system, the subtype prognosis model has higher prediction accuracy, and stratifies EC patients into more reasonable three groups (low-risk, medium-risk, and high-risk), which enables more low-risk patients to avoid unnecessary treatment.
