Cell cycle analysis of BxPC-3, Panc-1, and MiaPaCa-2 cells following 48 hours of treatment with DMSO, LEE011 (1μM), MEK162 (5μM), or combination shows a reduction in S-phase fraction following combination treatment with a concomitant increase in G0/G1 fraction, suggesting cell cycle arrest at G1/S checkpoint in all cell lines. Treated cells were stained for β-galactosidase, a surrogate marker for cell senescence, and analyzed using brightfield microscopy. |
