Next, we detected senescence-associated SA-β-gal activity in KYSE150 and KYSE150R and found SA-β-gal positive cells were significantly increased in the Osalmid and IR combination group. Furthermore, as demonstrated by the levels of p53, p21, p16, and retinoblastoma expression, Osamid combined with IR enhanced the emergence of senescence. |
