In the vehicle-treated group, expression of Nrf2 was significantly decreased in keratinocytes following UVB irradiation compared to the negative control. However, EGT treatment prevented the decrease in Nrf2 expression following UVB irradiation. HO-1 expression showed a similar pattern in keratinocytes following UVB irradiation. |
