The results suggested that the low concentration of MLN4924 (0.1 μM) affected the cell-cycle distribution moderately and the high concentrations (0.5 μM) increased the G2 phase population . Results confirmed MLN4924induced senescence as most renal cancer cells were stained after MLN4924 treatment by β-galactosidase staining assay. |
