We found that treatment of cells with TAM alone induced senescence, whereas combination of TAM + OV augmented OV-mediated cytotoxicity (oncolytic cell killing), as revealed by inhibition of cell proliferation (~36% decrease vs. mock, p = < 0.001) and decreased the number of β-gal-positive senescent cells relative to treatment with OV alone. |
