JQ1 (7.5 μM, 24 hr) increased the percentage of G1 phase cells in G292, MNNG/HOS and SJSA cells, but not MG‐63 cells.a prominent increase in premature senescence of these cells was observed when tested in the same condition by senescence‐associated β‐galactosidase (SA‐β‐gal) staining. MG‐63 cells showed no increase in the number of cells undergoing senescence. |
