Exposure to 15?nM paclitaxel led to a prolonged accumulation of MSCs in the G2 phase of the cell cycle for up to 96?hours. Both tested MSCs exhibited a swift and significant increase in senescent β-GAL-positive cells ranging between 12 and 20% of cells at 24?hours after treatment and between 20 and 30% after 72?hours. |
