SA-β-gal staining showed discernible differences in the extent of senescence,as PTX and ZM significantly increased the percentage of SA-β-gal positive-cells while Mon-treated cells hardly displayed signs of senescence. Increased SA-β-gal staining was also observed for Noc- and PTX-treated HCT116 cells. |
