CM from senescent MDA-MB-231 cells significantly inhibited the cell proliferation of MCF-10A cells, which was clearly ameliorated by treatment of senescent MDA-MB-231 cells with Rh2. Additionally , the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)further confirmed the highly secreted SASP components IL-6 and IL-8, which were significantly diminished by Rh2 treatment. |
