The results show that AAPH dramatically increased the SA β-Gal activity in A375 and NIH3T3 cells, which was significantly suppressed by NAC.AAPH caused robust SAHF formation in A375 cells,which was significantly reduced by NAC .Co-treatment with NAC reversed the AAPH-induced activation of the p53-p21 pathway. |
