An increase of 12.1 and 10.7% in the levels of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle and an increase of 5.8% in the levels of SK-BR-3 cells in the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle were observed after 10 μM SFN treatment.After 7 days of SFN removal(5 and 10 μM),an increase in senescence-associated beta-galactosidase (SA-β-gal)-positive cells was observed in three breast cancer cells considered . |
