After normalization to the control group, expression of BAX was 100% in control cells, 136 ± 28% in H2O2 treated cells, 115 ± 9% in cells treated with H2O2 and 5 μ M idebenone, and 103 ± 35% in cells treated with H2O2 and 7.5 μ M idebenone. Expression of Bcl-2 was 100% in control cells, 70 ± 20% in H2O2- treated cells, 83 ± 49% in cells treated with H2O2 and 5 μ M idebenone, and 115 ± 57% in cells treated with H2O2 and 7.5 μ M idebenone. |
