Pretreatment the cells with 50 and 100 mg/ml concentrations of EEP decreased the number of positive β-galactosidase cells significantly (P < 0.01);The results of trypan blue exclusion test indicated that propolis at the concentration of 100 mg/ml not only did not reduce the number of viable cells in EEP-treated cells, but also it preserved the viabilityof irradiated HDF cells. |
