After 2 h of x-ray irradiation or H2O2treatment, all of the oxidative stresses upregulated g-H2AX and p53 without appreciable changes in PCNA (when normalized by actin) in periosteal cells. In contrast, a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, p21WAF1/cip1, was upregulated by x-ray. |
