Costunolide-mediated decrease in tumor volume was accompanied by decreased expression of TERT, Nrf2, G6PD, TKT, and GS(P) levels . Costunolide-induced senescence was accompanied by decreased expression of GS(P) and increased glycogen accumulation in an ROS-dependent manner. The extent of glycogen accumulation was cell line dependent. |
