We found that the number of Ki-67 positive cells was dramatically decreased after H2O2 induction, indicating a significant decrease in the proliferation rate;The cells were treated with 100 μM H2O2 for 2 h and SA-β-gal staining was performed. It was noted that, following H2O2-induced senescence, the percentage of SA-β-gal positive cells increased significantly. |
