Accordingly, SHR6390 induced a concentration- dependent G1- phase cell cycle arrest in RB- positive MCF7 and ZR- 75- 1 breast cell lines.The proportion of senescence SA- β- gal positive cells increased from control levels of 10.6%- 74.4% and 77.0% by 1 μmol/L SHR6390 and 1 μmol/L palbociclib in MCF7 cells, respectively. SA- β- gal positive cells increased from 18.0% to 85.8% and 88.6% after SHR6390 and palbociclib treatment in ZR- 75- 1 cells, respectively. |
