Pathway description: FK866 significantly decreased intracellular NAD in a concentration- and timedependent manner.SIRT1 activity was estimated using the Ac-p53/p53 ratio during the 5-day incubation with F50. As we expected, the Ac-p53/p53 ratio increased by about 20 % during day 1 and day 4, with the highest level achieved on day 5. The results showed that SIRT1 activity was decreased by the treatment of F50.
