| Description: |
Mice with piceatannol treatment revealed a significant increase in the distance travelled and relative center distance as compared to the model group. The results demonstrated that piceatannol was able to protect the mice against learning and memory deficits, which were induced by chronic treatment with D-gal.Piceatannol reversed the decrease in the number of positive Nissl cells induced by D-gal (P < 0.01).BrdU+cells significantly increased in the piceatannol treatment group as compared to those in the model group. |
