Real-time PCR analysis showed that mRNA expression of senescence-related markers (p16 and p53) in the experimental NP cells was significantly up-regulated compared with the control NP cells. Western blot assay also showed that protein expression of p16 and p53 in the experimental NP cells was increased compared with the control NP cells. |
