Plaque,Blood,Lymphoma |
| Cell name: |
MyLa2000,SeAx,HuT 78,Mac2a |
| Experiment: |
BrdU Assay//Flow cytometry//SA-β-gal activity assay |
| Description: |
Exposure to nutlin induced a complete inhibition of BrdU incorporation in MyLa2000, Mac1, and Mac2a within 24 hours. Flow cytometric cell-cycle profiling further demonstrated an 80% reduction in the percentageof cells in the S phase, with a concomitant increase in the G0/G1 population.MyLa2000 and Mac2a cells were clearly SA-β-gal positive after 72 hours of exposure to nutlin-3a. |
