Description: HDFs were pretreated with C. asiatica extracts or DMSO (control) for 4 h. After pretreatment, premature senescence was induced by 2-h treatment with 200 lm H2O2 and then the cells were transferred to DMEM media containing C. asiatica extracts and cultured for a further 48 h. The percentage of senescent cells increased significantly following treatment with 200 lm H2O2.
