Results showed a significant increased expression in all proteins (p53, p21 and p16)after 24 h of treatment;Senescence was also analyzed, in the same experimental conditions,by the SA-β-gal activity, using a fluorescent probe, by confocal microscopy. A strong fluorescent signal was found after 24 h of treatment which was progressively increasing until 72 h. |
