| Description: |
The number of SA-β-gal-positive cells in the HRW mice were significantly reduced compared with NaIO3 mice. In addition, we further measured the expression of core proteins related to aging, such as, p53, p21 and p16, by western blot analysis. The levels of these proteins were conspicuously increased in NaIO3 mice compared with control mice. However, after HRW treatment, the expression of these proteins decreased greatly. |
