| Description: |
Cells expressing exogenous GAPDH exhibited an enlarged and flattened morphology characteristic of typical stress-induced premature senescence cells.Further staining of cells expressing elevated GAPDH for senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) activity confirmed the cellular senescence phenotype. Approximately 91% of cells with enlarged flattened morphology showed SA-β-Gal positivity vs.less than 10% in the controls. |
