We also found that harmine treatment induced OIS in NSCLC cell lines with EGFR and MET mutations . |

Harmine treatment reduced the levels of TWIST1 protein in a dose- and time-dependent manner as shown by Western blotting. Remarkably, treatment with harmine resulted in a dose-dependent decrease of E2A protein expression in both KRAS-mutant and MET-mutant/amplified NSCLC cell lines. |
