| Description: | The miR-34a treated cells exhibited significant reduction in cell proliferation in comparison with the scrambled miR control group.miR-34a overexpression in ADSCs induced a significant decrease in expression of cyclins and CDKs.In contrast, miR-34a treatment induced the increased expression of the CDK inhibitors(P53,P21) in ADSCs.The number of SA-β-gal-stained cells was markedly increased by miR-34a overexpression and recovered byco-treatment with anti-miR-34a, indicating the strong induction of cellular senescence by miR-34a. |
