We consistently found a decrease in the levels of p19Arf mRNA in the DDB2 -/-MEFs.To measure oxidative stress-induced premature senescence, the cells were assayed for SA-β-Gal. Clearly, there was a significantly lower expression of SA-β-Gal in the DDB22-/-MEFs . |
