| Description: | With this experiment, we determined that the fraction of SA-β-gal-positive cells increases 3d after BubR1 depletion. When we analyzed its activation after 72 h of PTX treatment, we observed an increase in p53 mRNA levels in cells lacking BubR1. Both IL-6 and IL-8 mRNA levels were increased during senescence in the absence of BUB1B. |
