| Description: | The Ki-67 protein were clearly detected within the cell nuclei of GRK4(-) cells and CNE2 cells, whereas it was barely found in GRK4(+) cells. We next assessed the SA-β-gal activity in the GRK4(+) and GRK4(-) cells by a SA-β-gal staining. The stained cells and total cells were counted under an inverted phase microscope and the percentage of cells staining positive was calculated.High stain positive of 99±0.20% in GRK4(+) cells for SA-β-gal was detected , while this was markedly low to only1±0.15% in GRK4(-) cells. |
