| Pathway description: | To determine whether NaDC3 induces aging through inhibiting SIRT1 pathway, SIRT1 deacetylase activity was detected by fluorescent assay. The results showed that the activity was down-regulated in the WI38/hNaDC3 group (9256 ± 675), compared with that in the control (20,569 ± 1035) and the WI38/neo groups (18,972 ±1158) (P < 0.05). |
