| Description: | IGFBP7 treatment of MDA-MB-231 cells increased the percentage of cells in G1 (73.86%) compared to untreated cells (54.14%), with a consequent decrease in the percentage of cells in S phase (15.85% in IGFBP7-treated cells versus 33.8% in untreated controls).We found that MDA-MB-231 cells treated with IGFBP7 for 2 days underwent morphological changes characterized by cell aggregation with strong expression of senescence-associated β-galactosidase . |
